At Di Benedetto we pride ourselves on the quality of the prime materials used in the elaboration of all our dishes. Regular shipments of the basic ingredients are shipped directly from Italy to our restaurant to ensure that all our dishes retain the intrinsic flavour for which Italian cuisine is famous.
